Yamazaki is Japan’s first single malt whisky and the cornerstone of Japanese whisky craftsmanship. Established in 1923 at the foot of Mount Tennozan, near Kyoto, Yamazaki was founded by Shinjiro Torii with the vision of creating a whisky perfectly suited to the Japanese palate.
